Information you provide
We receive the name, email address, business name or social profile, and raw-video link you submit when requesting a sample edit. Meeting requests also include your booking details. We receive information you choose to share in emails and conversations with us.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, assess eligibility for a sample edit, prepare the requested sample, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings. Client projects are also subject to the applicable service agreement.
Services we use
Framer hosts the website. HubSpot provides forms, contact management, and meeting scheduling. Google Workspace supports email, calendar, Google Meet, and access to footage shared through Google Drive. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the sample-request form against spam. These providers may process technical information and cookies under their own privacy notices.
Cookies and measurement
We use optional Google Analytics to understand website visits and Meta Pixel to measure advertising. These tools are loaded only after you enable the corresponding category in our cookie preferences. They may process device and browser information, page visits, interactions, online identifiers, and cookies under their providers’ privacy notices. You can accept all, reject all, or choose Analytics and Marketing separately. Use the Cookie settings button to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Your choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Changing your choice reloads the page to apply it. Consent on this website does not control cookies on the separate HubSpot form or meeting pages.
Sample footage
Share only material you are authorized to provide. Do not send patient records or confidential medical information through this form. Your original file stays in your Google Drive and you control its access.
Access
Within ACEVANT, submitted clips are currently accessed only by the owner through info@acevantgroup.com. No additional editors are currently assigned access. The owner manages these files from the United States and Bolivia. The service providers described above may process information to operate their services.
Retention
We remove downloaded copies of raw sample footage within 30 days of receipt through a manual review and deletion process. This does not delete your original Drive file or automatically remove contact records in HubSpot. Inquiry contact records are retained for 12 months after the last conversation, unless the inquiry becomes an active client relationship or applicable requirements justify further retention. These periods require manual review and deletion; they are not automated. Completed sample edits and their backups are retained for 60 days after completion and then removed through a manual deletion process.
Privacy requests
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact info@acevantgroup.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable retention requirements.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if our information handling practices change and revise the date above. This notice takes effect when published on our website.
