Free sample requests
The free sample edit is intended for qualified businesses. A request does not guarantee acceptance, delivery, a particular result, or a paid engagement. We review your request and confirm the proposed sample scope and timing by email. There is no obligation to purchase a paid service.
Material you share
Share only footage, music, logos, and other materials you are authorized to provide for editing. Obtain necessary permission from people appearing in the footage. Do not submit confidential patient records or other sensitive records through the sample-request form.
Your original materials
You retain your rights in your original materials. Sharing a clip permits ACEVANT to access and process it to review your request and prepare the agreed sample. It does not grant permission to publish your clip in our portfolio.
Scope, revisions, and use
Sample length, format, delivery timing, included revisions, and permitted use of the finished sample will be confirmed in writing before work begins. A sample request does not include an unlimited revision commitment. Music, stock material, fonts, and other third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Paid services
Paid projects require a separate written agreement confirming scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery expectations, revisions, ownership and usage rights, cancellation, and any additional costs. Website package descriptions do not replace that agreement.
Privacy and files
See our Privacy Notice for information handling. Downloaded copies of raw sample footage are removed within 30 days of receipt through a manual deletion process. Completed sample edits and their backups are retained for 60 days after completion and then manually removed. Your original Google Drive file remains under your control. Contact-record retention is separate and is described in the Privacy Notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and revise the date above. These terms take effect when published on our website. The scope and conditions confirmed in your separate written project agreement remain applicable to that project.
